This amazing YUDO temperature control solution – the RICH System (Rapid Isolation Cooling and Heating) – ensures unbelievably high quality large flat screen TV frames and other similar products. Cycle times can become up to 70% shorter. This solution guarantees the smooth production of flat screen TV frames.

The principle is as follows: The mould is heated extremely fast by using saturated steam. At the right time, steam in the tempering channels is replaced with water.

By utilising RICH temperature control as part of a YUDO total system solution, a three-digit productivity increase was achieved in manufacturing 0.8 mm thick mobile phone covers.

Almost 100 YUDO RICH units are already in use in Asia.
